On Point Sealcoating LLC was established in May of 2021. Before the company formed 2 family members started sealcoating driveways. Both cousins were doing sealcoating out of a 1989 Toyota Corolla which when packed with equipment and 5 gallon buckets of sealer the car would look like it was doing a wheelie down the street, after 4 years as a side hustle and word of mouth getting out with help of family and friends who participated on working efforts, On Point Sealcoating LLC was formed in May of 2021.

The goal of On Point Sealcoating LLC is to provide asphalt maintenance such as pot hole repair, crack filling and sealcoating. On Point Sealcoating LLC does not lay black top. Also we provide snow plowing as well as fall and spring cleanup.

We serve Orange County, Dutchess County, Ulster County, and Sullivan County New York

Michael Townsend is the owner of On Point Sealcoating LLC. Mike's experience in the field is over 5 years and is known to be very easy to talk to about what you would like done.

Mark Brown

Partner

Mark Brown helped establish On Point Sealcoating LLC. He has been On Points back bone since before the company was organized you call him he is there. Mark is going on his 5th season of sealcoating.

Ron VanWagenen

Helper

Ron is on his 2nd year with the company. Ron is known for his experience with sealcoating, getting off the truck and going to work with no question.

Training on our first sprayer and pump assembly will be held in the spring. For employees wanting to attend half day please contact 2 weeks prior to the training date.
